Aon Risk Solutions has reached an agreement with Kingsley Trade Credit on the acquisition of its customer portfolio. Effective from January 1, 2016, all activities were transferred to Aon Credit International, the credit specialist division of Aon Risk Solutions.

“Kingsley Trade Credit has been a long-standing, highly-regarded credit management consultancy and broking firm in the Netherlands and internationally,” says Remco Beuvens, managing director at Aon Credit International. “This acquisition forms part of our continued investment strategy in solutions and people, to best serve our clients. It also strengthens our market-leading position in the Dutch and international markets.”

Former Kingsley Trade Credit directors René Tazelaar and Daniel Göbel have also taken up employment with Aon. “The vision and strategy of Aon Credit International played a large role in my decision to join Aon, as our customer experience can only improve with the synergies between our organisations,” says Tazelaar, who rejoins Aon, where he had previously worked for 10 years.
