Conduct Expectations at GTR Events

We are delighted to welcome everyone to our events and value the opportunity to engage with our clients, partners, and guests.

To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we ask that all attendees uphold standards that promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.

Professional Conduct at Events

Please note that all company-sponsored events, including social and networking functions, are conducted in a professional setting.

Accordingly, all attendees are expected to behave in a manner that reflects mutual respect and professionalism at all times.

GTR operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding harassment, including sexual harassment and inappropriate conduct.

Expected Behaviour

All guests are expected to:

  • Treat others with respect, courtesy, and professionalism
  • Be mindful of personal boundaries at all times
  • Ensure that all interactions are appropriate and welcome
  • Act responsibly, particularly where alcohol is available

Unacceptable Behaviour

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:

  • Unwelcome physical contact, including touching, hugging, or invasion of personal space
  • Sexually suggestive or inappropriate comments, jokes, or remarks
  • Unwanted advances or persistent attention toward another individual
  • Sharing or displaying offensive, explicit, or inappropriate material
  • Conduct that causes discomfort, intimidation, or distress
  • Inappropriate behaviour influenced by alcohol

These expectations apply to interactions with all individuals present, including employees, other guests, vendors, and event staff.

Consequences of Non-Compliance

GTR takes these matters seriously and reserves the right to take appropriate action, including:

  • Taking further action if required
  • Requesting individuals to leave the event immediately
  • Restricting or declining future invitations to company events
  • Escalating concerns to the individual’s organisation, where appropriate

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a professional, safe, and respectful environment for all attendees.
