Lawyer Jennifer Greengrass has joined the London office of Norwegian law firm Wikborg Rein as a legal director.
The shipping, trade finance and commodity finance specialist joined Wikborg Rein’s shipping and offshore projects team this month.
Greengrass made the move after four years at Squire Patton Boggs, where she was a senior associate.
In her Wikborg Rein role, she works with banks and other financiers, traders and exporters on cross-border structured finance, specialist products and payment instruments, a spokesperson for the firm said.
Partner Jonathan Goldfarb said the lawyer brought “extensive experience” to her new job.
Greengrass was among three lawyers who left the international trade practice of Clyde & Co to join Squire Patton Boggs in 2021.
Another of the trio, Robert Parsons, also left the firm in September to join Sullivan & Worcester as a partner.
Prior to Clyde & Co, Greengrass was an associate at Watson Farley & Williams.
