RBS has appointed five senior hires to its global transaction services team.

Helen Mason joins from Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BofAML) as head of bank partnerships, having led the commercial cards business within GTS Emea. She has 20 years’ experience in global transaction banking. Nick Blake joins as head of sales from JP Morgan, where he was responsible for multinational corporate sales and treasury services across Emea. Both will report to RBS global head of transaction services, Carole Berndt.

James Waud joins as head of subsidiary clients and sales performance, also from JP Morgan, where he was executive director and team leader for Northern Europe.

Stuart Lawson and Maha el Dimachki join as managing directors of the GTS cash product team. Lawson moves from Standard Chartered where he was head of corporate sales for transaction banking in Europe. El Dimachki arrives from BofAML where she was head of corporate sales for GTS across EMEA.
