Donald Smith, previously vice-president, global trade finance and services at Citibank in New York, has joined Norman Technologies as vice-president of client services.
A 30-year international banking veteran, Smith co-chaired the International Chamber of Commerce’s (ICC) task force which documented International Standard Banking Practices, and is recognised around the world for his technical expertise. He serves on the board of directors of the International Financial Services Association (IFSA), chairs the banking committee of the US Council for International Business and represents the US to the ICC’s Committee on Banking Technique & Practice.
