Law firm Dentons has appointed István Réczicza, Rob Irving and Edward Keller as partners in its Budapest office.

Réczicza joins as the Hungarian office’s new managing partner, and will also be a partner in the global litigation and dispute resolution group. He has more than 25 years’ experience advising private, state-owned companies and sovereigns in disputes as well as transactional and regulatory issues in the telecommunications, energy, financial services and life sciences sectors.

Irving joins as co-chair of the global private equity group, focusing on Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe mergers and acquisitions (M&As). He has over 20 years’ experience working on landmark M&A, private equity and finance transactions across the region, including Turkey.

Keller is also joining the global corporate and private equity group. He specialises in representing public and private issuers, underwriters and selling shareholders in equity and debt offerings.

They will all join from White & Case on May 4, 2015.
