Ricardo Martinez has joined Baker & McKenzie as partner in its New York office.

Martinez specialises in advising clients on cross-border finance transactions in Latin America.

He represents lenders and borrowers in project finance and trade finance, including letters of credit, pre-export credit facilities and the purchase and sale of trade receivables.
