ABN Amro Bank (bookrunner), Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi (facility and documentation) and WestLB AG (bookrunner) as mandated lead arrangers and underwriters are pleased to announce that the new fully underwritten US$175mn one-year syndicated export finance term loan facility for Turkiye Ihracat Kredi Bankasi (Turk Eximbank) has now been signed.
Following the successful senior phase, during which BayernLB, Credit Lyonnais, HSH Nordbank AG, ING Bank, Natexis Banques Populaires and Standard Chartered Bank committed as lead arrangers, a further 21 banks joined the facility during general syndication. Having attracted commitments in excess of US$230mn during both senior and general syndication, TurkExim elected to increase the facility from its launch amount of US$100mn to US$175mn at signing.
The margin is130 basis points pa.
Fees are: lead arrangers 150bps for US$10mn; co-arrangers 120bps for US$7.5mn; lead managers 110bps for US$5mn; managers 100bps for US$2.5mn; participants 97.5bp for US$1mn.
