Malcolm Fleet has joined boutique finance firm Falcon Group as head of global sales management.
Fleet will act as an intermediary between Falcon’s global sales teams in Asia, the Middle East and the Americas, and senior management in London and Dubai to ensure a smooth transition of the group’s transactions.
He will also liaise with the global sales teams, monitoring areas such as performance against budget, and ensuring that deal flows are managed efficiently.
“In essence, my role is on Falcon’s bridge – assisting in steering the company towards its goals and helping the sales teams to meet their objectives. It’s very exciting,” explains Fleet.
Fleet has more than 10 years of experience working in sales management within the shipping logistics industry and has dealt with organisations in the Middle East, Asia, Europe and the UK. He has also worked at global financial logistics company EZD.
“Malcolm is a real asset to Falcon,” says Will Nagle, Falcon’s chief executive officer. “Having someone that can work with the sales teams on a direct daily basis and provide granular management reporting is invaluable.”
