Lloyds Bank has appointed Neil Foulkes as head of global transaction banking for South East England.

Foulkes will lead a team of 30, which will focus on the region’s key industries and offer services within global cash management, commercial finance and trade and asset finance.

Foulkes joined Lloyds in 2013, taking charge of the mid-market commercial banking team in the southeast and Thames Valley regions. He has over 28 years of commercial banking experience, previously holding roles at RBS and HSBC.

Commenting on his new role, Foulkes says: “As we enter another year of uncertainty, businesses need to manage their cashflow effectively to achieve their ambitions. It is our role to bring ideas, challenge and solutions to enable our clients and prospects to fulfill their ambition and to help the UK prosper.”
