Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) has appointed Neal Livingston as global head of trade and transaction services (GTTS). In this role he is responsible for the provision of trade finance and transaction services to the bank’s corporate and institutional clients globally.

Livingston joins the bank from RBS, where he served as global head of transaction services origination and as head of strategic clients, international banking. He has also worked at Standard Chartered, Andersen Worldwide and Bank of America.

Based out of CBA’s Singapore office, Livingston will manage the bank’s GTTS coverage teams across Asia, Australia and the UK.
