Kim Tran joins Europe Arab Bank this month as head of corporate and institutional banking in London.

He replaces Achim Klueber who has retired, and moves to the bank from First Abu Dhabi Bank, where he was CEO of France, based in Paris.

Tran brings 18 years’ experience in trade finance and corporate banking to Europe Arab Bank, part of the Arab Bank Group.

He began his career with JP Morgan in London before joining HSBC where he was head of corporate banking in Lebanon and subsequently head of trade sales, commercial banking UAE in Dubai.

In 2013, he moved to First Abu Dhabi Bank as the head of global transaction banking sales, in charge of trade finance and cash management across the Middle East, before becoming head of trade sales for Europe and Americas.
