ONDD, the Belgian export credit agency, has eased its cover policy on Belarus and Zambia for short-term credit transactions, now allowing both contracts and credit limits to be covered.
The percentage of cover in the absence of an ILC has been increased from 80% to 90% for commercial risk and from 80% up to 95% for political risk. The credit period is no longer limited to 90 days.

In Belarus, the cover ceiling for these transactions has been increased from €10mn to €25mn. However, the premium categories for commercial (C) and political (6) risks remain unchanged.

In Zambia, the cover ceiling has been increased from €2mn to €20mn. The premium category for political risk has been improved from 6 to 5 (out of 7). The premium category for commercial risk (C) remains unchanged.
