Turkish bank Akbank has mandated American Express Bank GmbH, Bank of New York, Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Citibank, Commercial Bank of Greece, Deutsche Bank AG London, HSBC Bank, HVB Group, Mizuho Corporate Bank, Natexis Banques Populaires, Österreichische Volksbanken, Standard Chartered Bank, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation Europe Limited, UFJ Bank, Wachovia Bank, National Association and WestLB to arrange a US$250mn 364-day term loan facility. The facility carries a margin of 75bps.
