Trevor Clark, partner at law firm Linklaters, is moving from the London office to Hong Kong from January 10.
Clark specialises in acquisition finance (both investment and sub-investment grade), real estate and structured finance (particularly receivables-backed and tax-based finance).
He has extensive experience of working in emerging markets, having spent a number of years based in Southeast Asia.
Recent deals include advising the arrangers of the first Islamically-compliant leveraged buy-out in Europe and the arrangers of the largest commodity-backed trade financing to date.
