The Ghanaian telecoms company Ghana Millicom is in the market raising a US$75mn facility. The funds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Citi is arranging the facility taking a coordination role, and a small group of selected international banks are expected to join the facility.

Ghana Millicom is a subsidiary of Millicom International Cellular (MIC) and as of last year the Ghanaian arm of the company markets its range of services under the new brand name of Tigo.
