London-headquartered Crown Agents Bank has named Vikrant Yadav as head of origination for trade finance, working capital and structured finance solutions.
In his new role, Yadav is responsible for overseeing Crown Agents Bank’s work in this area, with a focus on existing and new financial institution and corporate clients in the lender’s target markets.
He joined the bank in April 2025 as vice-president of trade finance and distribution.
Duarte Pedreira, who was named global head of trade and working capital finance at Crown Agents Bank in July 2024, said that Yadav had “quickly gained influence through his client and market knowledge, with practical positive results”.
“He is also well versed in structuring transactions in complex environments, which will add significant value to client discussions around less straightforward lending opportunities,” Pedreira said.
“I am delighted that he has agreed to take on additional responsibilities and is now coordinating our trade and working capital finance origination team.”
Previously, Yadav worked for two years at fintech CredAble, most recently as director and head of global backend-as a-service and structured trade, Europe.
He also spent seven years at Deutsche Bank, in roles such as relationship manager for corporate banking, and four years at Indian lender ICICI Bank.
