Law firm Denton Wilde Sapte has opened an associate office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In accordance with Saudi regulations for international law firms, the office is sponsored by well-known Saudi Arabian lawyer Wael Abdulrahman Alissa.

It will operate as The Law Firm of Wael Abdulrahman Alissa in association with Denton Wilde Sapte.

Wael will continue to operate his own  practice but will work alongside Denton lawyers in Riyadh and the wider GCC region, providing advice and guidance on Saudi law and practice.

Denton’s association with Wael is complemented by the appointment of new partner Amgad Husein, who joins from the Riyadh office of Fulbright & Jaworski.  Husein will lead the Riyadh associate office.

“Our Riyadh associate office reinforces our commitment to the Middle East, boosting our existing regional network of more than 80 lawyers working from our offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Cairo and Muscat,” claims the firm.
