Michelle Guile has recently been appointed managing director of Keysource Consulting Ltd, a company specialising in providing training and recruitment solutions tailored specifically for the trade and commodity finance sector. Previously, Guile worked in trade and commodity finance at HSBC, Société Générale and Royal Bank of Canada, before moving into recruitment four years ago.
