Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) has announced the appointment of David Manson to the position of director of international sales.

Previously at Standard Chartered Bank for 16 years, Manson has much international experience. Roles have included three country chief executive positions in Vietnam, Australia and Jordan. In addition he has worked with several of the banks in the RBS partner banking network so has first hand knowledge of how they work and how best to deliver.

The sales teams that Manson overseas are aligned to the bank’s International Banking Services (IBS) division. IBS is a dedicated team of international advisers whose sole objective is to help UK customers trade successfully worldwide.
