Stewart Kinloch is set to leave the African Trade Insurance Agency (ATI) in August after three years working as the chief underwriting officer for the insurer.

It is not known where Kinloch is moving to, but in an email seen by GTR, he states that he is reviewing his options.

A replacement for Kinloch has not yet been found.

ATI is a multilateral financial institution providing export credit insurance, political risk insurance and other financial products, with the aim of reducing the business risk and costs of conducting business in Africa.

It has investment grade rating of A* from Standard & Poor’s.

The Kenya-headquartered insurer is looking to expand its membership and in May it made its first steps into West Africa, accepting Ghana as a member.
