Inwha Huh, former global head of structured trade solutions at HSBC, has moved to IBM’s global business services (GBS) arm to take up the role of partner in GBS financial services.

Huh has more than 20 years of experience in the trade finance market. She joined HSBC as executive vice-president and head of global trade and receivables finance, North America, in June 2015, before taking on her most recent role in June 2017.

This followed a seven-year stint at GE Capital, where she was head of global business development and capital markets of working capital solutions. Prior to that, she was head of structured trade finance and distribution for Americas at Deutsche Bank. She has also held a variety of roles in syndicated loans and trade finance in the US, UK and Asia.
