ING has appointed Emmanuel Lemoine as head of structured export finance for France.

In this newly created role, he is in charge of ING’s structured export finance activities for clients exporting from France and reports to Michiel de Vries, global head of structured export finance based in Frankfurt.

With the nomination, ING has expanded its structured export finance team in Paris from one to two people (Lemoine joins Bertrand Renault, director).

Lemoine has over 20 years of experience in banking, with a focus on export and trade. He joined ING in 2016 as regional trade consultant, supporting trade coverage and origination from major European clients. He has previously held a number of senior roles at Citi, Thales, ANZ and Société Générale.
