HSBC has announced that it will be replacing its global head of trade and receivables finance, Stuart Tait, with Natalie Blyth.

Tait will relocate to Hong Kong to become regional head of commercial banking, Asia Pacific. He will be replacing Paul Skelton who has left the bank, after a short stint at the role which he was appointed to in October last year.

Both Tait and Blyth will report to Noel Quinn, CEO of global commercial banking.

Blyth joined HSBC in 2007 from Deutsche Bank. She spent seven years leading the global consumer sector for global banking and markets before most recently serving as global head of client coverage within commercial banking.

Tait has been at the bank for over 30 years and held various positions within commercial banking, global banking and markets, retail banking and wealth management, risk and HR.

HSBC expects to fill Blyth’s outstanding position soon.
