Paul Camp has joined BNY Mellon as its treasury services CEO.

He makes the move from HSBC, where he led business transformation and innovation for global liquidity and cash management, as well as financial institutions and public sectors across cash management and trade finance. Prior to HSBC, Camp was CFO of Circle Internet Financial, and before that held senior roles at JP Morgan and Deutsche Bank.

Based in New York, Camp reports to Todd Gibbons, CEO of clearing, markets and client management. He succeeds Ian Stewart, who left the bank in July.

“Paul is an accomplished executive with 25 years of experience leading global teams across cash management, trade finance and commercial payments,” says Gibbons. “He is a strategic thinker who is passionate about innovation, clients and developing talent. His leadership will be integral in continuing to evolve our treasury services business as we work to better serve our clients.”
