Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi has made Mak Hoong Fatt vice-president, loan syndications.
He will be based in Hong Kong and will be responsible for the North Asian loan syndication business.
Mak will report to Ada Ho, first vice-president, loan syndications, also based in Hong Kong.
