Crédit Agricole CIB has made two hires to its structured commodity finance Emea team in London. Badia Taleb-Nehlil rejoins as an executive director after leaving the bank in 2013, and Aude Sauty de Chalon joins as a director. Both will report to Constantin Koutzaroff, global head of structured commodity finance, and will be part of the London international trade and transaction banking team headed by Javier Sanchez-Asiain.

Taleb-Nehlil previously served as director of structured finance at the bank, between 1999 and 2013. She then left to join ICICI Bank, and subsequently moved to SMBC, where she spent three years as assistant general manager of structured trade and commodity finance.

Sauty de Chalon has over 10 years of experience in commodity finance, and joins the bank from Industrial and Commercial Bank of China London, where she was deputy head of commodity and structured finance.

Commenting on the two appointments, Koutzaroff says: “We are delighted to welcome Badia and Aude to the team to further strengthen our presence and coverage in the structured commodity finance market. They both bring a wealth of experience and knowledge and this will help us to continue to develop our franchise in Emea.”
