Ebru Pakcan has been appointed as Citi’s head of treasury and trade solutions (TTS) for the Emea region. She replaces Rajesh Mehta, who was recently named regional head of TTS for Asia Pacific.

Pakcan reports to Jim Cowles, Emea CEO, and Naveed Sultan, global head of TTS, and is responsible for leading and developing the bank’s Emea TTS franchise, which includes trade finance and cash management, and driving business throughout the region.

Pakcan joined Citi in 1997 as an IT project manager in Turkey, and has held numerous roles at the bank since then. She was most recently global head of TTS payments and receivables, originally based in New York and, since 2004, London.
