Citi has promoted Ireti Samuel-Ogbu to the position of treasury and trade solutions (TTS) Emea payments and receivables head.

Samuel-Ogbu has been with the bank for 26 years, holding various roles in London, Nigeria and South Africa. Most recently she held the position of Emea transaction services leader for the public sector banking team.

She remains based in London and reports to Ebru Pakcan, TTS global payments and receivables head and Rajesh Mehta, head of TTS, Emea.

She takes over the role from Anupam Sinha who was acting head of TTS Emea payments and receivables since June 2014. Sinha is now head of global solutions for domestic payments and receivables.
