Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BofAML) has appointed Jennifer Boussuge as head of global transaction services (GTS), Emea.

She has worked at the bank for 19 years, most recently as head of global sales, GTS. Previously, she was head of international subsidiary banking sales, GTS, Emea and senior treasury sales officer.

She will report to Paul Simpson, head of GTS, who says: ““Jennifer has been based in London since 2010, during which time she’s developed a keen understanding of the Emea region which she successfully combines with an ability to leverage the global platform to advance client relationships and win mandates. I wish her much continued success in her new role.”

She also joins BofAML’s Europe and emerging markets regional executive committee, which is led by Alex Wilmot-Sitwell. Until a replacement is found, she will maintain the role of global head of GTS sales, alongside her new position.
