Barclays Corporate, cash and trade, have hired David Manson as the new head of liquidity management and propositions.

Before joining Barclays, David held the position of head of international cash management at RBS, where he was also responsible for the development and deployment of solutions and propositions for payments, global treasury, investment management and delivery channels for both corporate and financial institution clients.

David also has over 15 years experience working for Standard Chartered throughout Asia Pacific and the Middle East, including three CEO positions in Vietnam, Australia and Jordan.

He has also worked for the Jordan Gulf bank in Amman.
