Reinsurance veteran Souvik Banerjea has left the African Reinsurance Corporation (Africa Re) to take up a marketing position at the African Trade Insurance Agency (ATI).

In his new role Banerjea will be responsible for growing ATI’s trade credit risk insurance business.

He previously spent 20 years working for Africa Re where he helped to develop markets for the firm’s products in Kenya, Malawi and Tanzania.
