ANZ has appointed Francyn Stuckey as global head of capabilities and client solutions in its transaction banking business.

She will join the bank’s Hong Kong office in October, reporting to managing director of global transaction banking Carole Berndt.

Stuckey joins from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where she was managing director and global head of strategic solution delivery for global transaction services (GTS), based in London. Before that, she was a director of GTS at Citigroup.

Berndt comments: “Francyn is a recognised innovator in global transaction banking and strongly qualified to build and commercialise ANZ’s cash and trade solutions for our growing international client base.”

The newly-created role brings together ANZ’s payments and cash management, clearing, digital and channels businesses to improve delivery and service.
