Deutsche Bank AG London and ING Bank as mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners have completed senior phase syndication of the US$30mn syndicated trade-related term loan facility for Kazakhstan’s Bank CenterCredit (BCC). The 12-month loan carries a margin of 2.4% per year.
Joining the mandated lead arrangers at co-arranger level are: American Express Bank GmbH, Demir-Halk (Nederland), Mashreqbank, RZB, Union Bank of California and Wachovia Bank.
The loan will shortly be launched into general syndication.
The following tickets are on offer: for co-arrangers at US$3mn and above – 65bp; for managers at US$2mn – 55bp; for participants at US$1mn – 50bp.
BCC is the fifth largest bank in Kazakhstan with total assets at December 31, 2003 of US$570mn equivalent and total shareholders equity at the same date of US$52mn equivalent.
