ABN Amro (bookrunner), Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi (facility and documentation agent) and WestLB (bookrunner) have signed a US$175mn one-year syndicated term loan facility for Turkiye Ihracat Kredi Bankasi (Turk Eximbank). The following banks joined as lead arrangers in the senior phase: BayernLB, Credit Lyonnais , HSH Nordbank, ING, Natexis Banques Populaires and Standard Chartered. Some US$230mn in commitments was raised from an initial target of US$100mn.
There will be a bullet repayment, while the margin pays 130bp.
Co-arrangers (120bp for US$7.5mn): Alpha Bank, BMCE, Burgan Bank, Citibank, DHB Bank, Emirates Bank, Erste Bank Malta , Finansbank ( Holland ), GarantiBank International, Gulf International, Melli Bank, Sabanci Bank.
Lead managers (110bp for US$5mn): Banque International de Commerce, China Ex-Im Bank, Hungarian Foreign Trade Bank, Kuwait Real Estate Bank.
Managers (100bp for US$2.5mn): Arab Investment Company, Banca di Roma, Bank Muscat, Bawag.
Participant (97.5bp for US$1mn): Anglo-Irish Bank.
