On behalf of Demir-Halk Bank (Nederland), mandated lead arrangers ABN Amro, American Express Bank GmbH, BayernLB, Commerzbank, Dresdner Bank, Erste Bank, Trkiye Halk Bankasi, HSH Nordbank, RZB, Wachovia Bank, WestLB, London, and WGZ-Bank are working on a one-year US$180mn term loan facility to finance the borrower’s trade-related transactions.
ABN Amro, Commerzbank and WestLB are joint bookrunners.
The margin is Libor + 0.25% per year.
