Belgian export credit agency Ducroire/Delcredere (OND) has changed its medium/long-term premium category for Latvia, Lithuania and Romania. Following the OECD Arrangement, OND has lowered its premiums on Latvia and Lithuania for the insurance of political risks with regard to medium/long-term export credits (credit periods exceeding one year). The countries are now classified in category 3, instead of 4. The already favourable acceptance policy without any particular restrictions of OND, remains unchanged.

OND has also lowered its premiums on Romania for the insurance of political risks with regard to medium/long-term export credits (credit periods exceeding one year). It has moved from category 6 to 5. Likewise, the premium reduction contributes to a further ease of OND’s already favourable acceptance policy on Romania, of which all clauses, in particular the country ceiling of €300mn, remain unchanged.
