In 2003 she was elected deputy chairman. Walton joined Rolls-Royce Capital as head of structured finance and export credit in July 1997 and is an investment banker by profession. Bexa was established in 1940. It brings together capital goods exporters, independent trading houses, banks, and credit insurers and their brokers.
The president of the association is the Rt Hon Sir Richard Needham, a former trade minister (1992 – 1995).
