TFC Brokerage (TFCB) has opened its specialist trade and project risk management brokerage and consultancy. Mark Cooper has been appointed as managing director of its operations, headquartered in Hong Kong.

Cooper says: “Working with a wide range of associates and partners we have a global relationship with the most effective underwriters and markets in the world. We specialise in structured trade credit, project, investment and political risk and are able to provide a full financial risk management service. We have had a positive reaction from “the market “and I look forward to broadening our relationships with investors, lenders, traders and other commercial entities.”

He was formerly a senior regional underwriter and manager with AIG and regional director of trade credit and political risk with Alexander Forbes in Singapore and is a certified fraud examiner (CFE).
