Belgian export credit agency ONDD has extended its insurance capacity on Colombia for medium and long-term export credit transactions. The cover ceiling is increased from €300mn up to €450mn.


Within the framework of the OECD Arrangement, the premium category for medium and long-term transactions remains unchanged (category 5 out of 7).


The ECA has also extended cover capacities on Kazakhstan for medium and long-term export credit transactions. The ceiling for these transactions has been increased from €300mn to €450mn. The maximum amount of €12m insured transaction has also been lifted. Within the framework of the OECD Arrangement, the premium category for medium and long-term export transactions remains unchanged (category 4 out of 7).


All restrictive insurance terms for export transactions with a credit duration of more than two years (medium and long-term credit) with Gabon have been lifted. From now on, insurance with no special requirements nor restrictions is possible for private debtors. A guarantee by the minister of finance and the visa of the Direction Grale de la Comptabilit Publique are required for public debtors.
