Lawyer Geraldine Butac has joined the trade and export finance practice of Sullivan & Worcester in London.  

Butac advises financial institutions and corporates on a range of trade and commodity finance products, the firm said in a LinkedIn post.  

Butac was previously a senior associate at Squire Patton Boggs. She was among a trio of trade and shipping lawyers who joined that firm from Clyde & Co in late 2021, but who have all since left.  

Robert Parson also moved to Sullivan last year, while Jennifer Greengrass is now at Wikborg Rein.
