Surecomp has opened its seventh regional development and support centre in Singapore.

According to a company statement, Surecomp had been keen on opening a second Asia Pacific centre, in addition to the Beijing one, for some time. “Although a number of other locations were considered, after discussing our ideas with many of our regional clients it was the ‘Singapore factor’ that finally won us over,” says Joel Koschitzky, Surecomp’s chairman. “With Asia Pacific being one of the fastest-growing regions in the world, Singapore’s strategic location proved the place to be. We look forward to offering our ever-growing base of Asia Pacific clients even better service and support.”

Surecomp has appointed Anat Elgrichi to lead the centre. She has vast experience in the Asia Pacific and Emea regions, in which she’s been active for 20 years. She’s spent the last five years in the banking sector, working for Barclays and Citi.
