Australian law firm Squire Sanders has appointed Josh Clarke as senior financial services lawyer.

Clarke was previously a partner in Watson Farley and Williams’ Singapore office. He specialises in cross-border, syndicated, leveraged, project, structured trade and export credit agency-backed financings.

He will report to John Poulsen, managing partner in Australia, who says: “Josh is a very experienced project and structured finance lawyer and we are delighted to welcome him to the firm. With his depth of expertise in the natural resources sector we see exciting synergies with our energy and natural resources industry groups, not only in Australia, but across our international platform.”
