Soren Elbech has resigned from his role as executive vice president, director of treasury at the Norwegian ECA Eksportfinans. He will be moving to Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) in Washington DC to take up the position of chief, treasury division.
His resignation will become effective from November 30, 2007. He joined Eksportfinans in March 2002.
