Omni Whittington has formed a new business to be known as Omni Whittington Risk Management Limited. The firm has successfully recruited a team previously with Axiom Consulting Ltd to launch this new venture.

 

The business of the new company will be to focus on high level fraud prevention, detection, investigation and litigation support. The team will also provide services in respect of international asset tracing, fraud health check assessments, fraud awareness education/ training and other such work associated with the team’s specialist skills and experience.

 

This business will be UK based but internationally focused.

The Omni Whittington Risk Management Board comprises:

  •  John Halls: chairman (non-executive)
  •  John Cassey: managing director
  •  Alan Williams: director
  •  Elaine Seaburgh: finance director

 

 

The team was originally established in 1992 as Bishop International Ltd, a subsidiary of The Merrett Group, specialising in handling fraud investigations on behalf of insurance companies, Lloyd’s and a number of corporate entities.

 

The team is led by John Cassey who has 20 years experience working for UK Customs and Excise. Alan Williams served 27 years with the Metropolitan Police as a detective in the CID and was seconded to New Scotland Yard. Both Cassey and Williams are members of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
