Anne Collard has joined Lloyds TSB Corporate’s Cash and Trade Services (CTS) division as product management director – completing the formation of the division’s executive team.

As head of product management, Collard will oversee the development of the cash, trade and treasury services offered by Lloyds TSB Corporate – recently blended together to be offered jointly, maximising financial efficiency.

“Anne Collard has made a very positive impression, not least due to her deep knowledge of the strategic issues within cash and trade management, but also because it is clear that culturally she matches well with Lloyds TSB CTS’s approach,” says Ernie Battey, CTS director.

The new appointment reflects the determination of Lloyds TSB CTS to drive its business forward following the restructuring of the division – which combined cash management and trade finance units to form the single CTS department.

“I am delighted to be joining this team,” says Collard. “There is a great deal of energy and enthusiasm around growing the product portfolio and taking the business to the next levels”.

Collard was previously at JPMorgan Chase where, in a career spanning 11 years, she held a number of important roles in the treasury and security services business including head of product management for the cash management business, head of the acquisitions business for treasury services and global product executive for the global corporate treasury outsourcing business.

Lloyds TSB Cash and Trade Services was formed in the first half of 2005 by merging the international trade finance and cash management functions within the bank. It employs a full range of cash management and trade service and finance products to enhance client liquidity, from a transactional to a treasury level, through increasingly web-enabled delivery systems.
