Lloyds Bank has appointed Aidan McKeown as director of the relationship solutions team within its financial institutions business.

McKeown joins from StormHarbour Securities, where he was a managing director and founding member of the firm’s structuring and advisory team, assisting financial institutions with their regulatory capital and funding requirements.

He also has experience advising on the legal and regulatory implications of structured financial products. He has previously held roles with Linklaters and Citigroup Global Markets, advising on derivatives, structured credit and securitisation products.

Alec Innes, managing director and head of relationship solutions at Lloyds Bank commercial banking, says: “Aidan has a wealth of experience in developing solutions for financial institutions, particularly in the areas of regulatory capital, funding and legacy asset strategies.  His appointment is part of Lloyds Bank’s commitment to help our clients solve their challenges and achieve their strategic goals.”

The relationship solutions team is responsible for identifying and delivering tailored solutions for financial institutions and their customers. The team also provides strategic advice to help these institutions navigate regulatory and economic change.
