Dominique Fraisse has been appointed head of global energy and commodities at Natixis.

He will be reporting to Pierre Debray, head of structured and asset finance.

Before the appointment, Fraisse was already deputy head of global energy and commodities at the bank since 2007. He had previously held the roles of global head of metals and head of commodities for South America at Natexis Banques Populaires, before its merger with Ixis (Caisse d’Epargne coup) in 2006.

Fraisse began his career in 1989 at Banque Française du Commerce Extérieur where he held the position of account officer in the commercial banking department before being appointed head of Southeast Asia at the international division in 1992.
