Insurance and risk management company Marsh, has announced two new appointments as it expands its regional trade credit team.

Lorna Manley has been appointed development executive and will be based in the company’s Belfast office. Manley will be responsible for leading the company’s trade credit business across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Manley joins Marsh from Aon’s political risk team where she developed insurance programmes for international clients, exporters and investors in the structured trade, project finance, aviation, and oil and gas sectors.

Rob Farquharson will also be joining Marsh as development executive. He will be based in the company’s Birmingham office. Farquharson will focus on Marsh’s trade credit business among its clients in the south of England. He has over 10 years of experience in the industry including an underwriting role at trade credit insurer Euler Hermes.
