Financial technology provider Intellect Design Arena has named Andrew England as Director of its UK subsidiary and head of strategy of its global transaction banking division (iGTB).

England leaves his position as external senior advisor of transaction banking for McKinsey, and brings to his new role years of experience in running global transaction banking, having held managerial positions with global banks, including Lloyds Banking Group, Unicredit Group, and Deutsche Bank.

“We are very excited to have Andrew on board,” says Manish Maakan, CEO of iGTB, Intellect Design Arena. “His strong domain experience and contacts bring immense value at a time when Intellect is expanding as a global powerhouse that addresses the needs of banks globally.”

England is expected to give the keynote speech at iGTB Middle East Client Advisory event in Dubai on February 25.

India-based Intellect Design Arena, a Polaris Group company, provides financial technology for banking, insurance, and other financial services, of which iGTB is the platform dedicated to Global Transaction Banking.
